Marzieh Ajirak, Ph.D., is a recent graduate in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a specialization in Machine Learning from Stony Brook University. Currently, she serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Weill Cornell Medicine. Throughout her doctoral studies, Marzieh concentrated on uncertainty quantification in deep learning models and Bayesian statistics. Her research extends to collaborative projects, addressing a variety of medical applications, ranging from neuroscience to obstetrics and psychology. In the summer of 2022, Marzieh augmented her expertise as an AI Research Associate at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where she conducted research focused on applying AI theories to quantitative finance.
